Małgorzata Wójtowicz-Szefler, PhD

Assistant Professor at Kazimierz Wielki University, Faculty of Psychology, and coordinator of the Erasmus+ BIP programme Family-Centred Early Intervention Across Europe. Specialist in early childhood development, developmental diagnosis, and family-centred intervention. Author and editor of academic books on early childhood diagnosis and support for children and families, including Diagnosis of Early Child Development. Co-author of therapeutic 3D tools for preterm infants and co-developer of the “uWażne dziecko” programme supporting early attention development in young children. Her research and professional interests focus on early intervention, parental support, developmental risk, and innovative therapeutic approaches in work with young children and families.

Anna  Nogaj, PhD

Anna Nogaj, PhD

AAssistant Professor at Kazimierz Wielki University, Faculty of Psychology. Specialist in early childhood development and music-based developmental support. Her interests focus on the role of music and creative activities in supporting children’s emotional, cognitive, and social development. She is also the head of the APPA project (Academic Psychological Support for Artists), focused on psychological support for students in art education. During the BIP programme, she will present the importance of music in supporting early child development and well-being.

Anna Szymanik-Kostrzewska, PhD

Anna Szymanik-Kostrzewska, PhD

Assistant Professor at Kazimierz Wielki University, Faculty of Psychology. Specialist in developmental psychology and psychological aspects of parenting. Her research focuses on parental beliefs and behaviours, contemporary models of parenthood, child development, and the psychological impact of social and cultural changes on family functioning. She is also interested in narrative games and their applications in psychology. During the BIP programme, she will discuss the challenges faced by families raising a child on the autism spectrum.

Anna Jazdon, MA

Anna Jazdon, MA

Anna Jazdon holds a Master’s degree in psychology and works as a teaching and research assistant in the Department of Personality. Her previous research focused on parents’ knowledge of child development in early childhood. She also participated in an Erasmus exchange at the University of Padua and completed an internship at the Polish School in Barcelona. Her current research interests focus on new technologies and their impact on well-being, human development, and interpersonal relationships. During the BIP project, she will present the activities and research conducted within the students’ research group, as well as share her Erasmus experiences.
